Envy Brewing was started by Dana Hood and Joe Morgan in March of 2019.  With their diverse backgrounds - Dana in business, Joe in engineering - they set out to create a brewery on the south side of Fort Collins that focused on collaborations with other breweries and beer-centric people and businesses.  They enlisted Brian Connery to head up brewing operations, with 22 years of commercial brewing experience at Dogfish Head, New Belgium, Boulder Beer Company and many others.  Together, they set out to share their quirky ideas stemming from their very different personalities and tastes.
